Local Dive Charter Info:
Dive charters off South Padre Island are available based on local conditions and boat availability. Tanks and weights are always provided, and rental gear is available depending on your needs. Local charters are typically limited to 6 divers, for better diver attention, trip quality, and customer service. Trips are normally a morning (8 am to noon) or afternoon (1pm to 5pm). Times may vary slightly based on diving sites. Below is a summary of what we offer:
2 tank fun/tune-up/Advanced dives: $175 p/p with all gear included; $150 if providing your own gear.
4 total divers minimum, or $600-700 flat rate if chartering privately for 1-3 divers.
1 tank option: Maybe you are really good on air, or just want to relax after one leisurely dive.
Request a single tank only and take $10 off your charter fee.
Open Water checkout dives (2 dives, one day): $195 p/p, all gear provided.
4 total divers minimum, or $780 flat rate if chartering privately for 1-3 divers.
Newly certifying divers will need to complete 2 days, for the 4 checkout dives required.
3 tank charters are available, or booking the boat for the entire day is available

Dive sites may include shallow wrecks, the RGV Reef artificial reef area (lots of fish!), the old rig platforms, the Texas Clipper, and other sites.
Site selections depends on conditions the day of diving, and are at the discretion of the Captain and crew; safety first!

Cancellation policy:
All dive charter spots require a $100 deposit per diver to reserve; click here for payment options.
Diver cancellation: deposits are fully refundable 48 hours or more from departure time.
Within 28-24 hours: deposits are refunded at 50%.
Within 24 hours of departure: non-refundable.
Charter Operator cancellation: for weather/conditions or boat mechanical needs
deposits are fully refundable.
We are a small charter operation, so last minute cancellations cannot be filled by other divers and have an impact on charter feasibility.

Our Dive Vessels
Our primary excursion boat is a gulf capable WorldCat 270 SD, named the Coral Anne, a catamaran hull which helps smooth the gulf swells. As it is trailerable, we can deploy it anywhere. But usually Isla Blanca boat ramp on South Padre Island is where we launch, to get right out there. Configured as a sun deck layout, there is ample seating and an open view to look for dolphins during the transit off and onshore.
Our other vessel is a classic Carman 32' downeaster, the Endless Summer, a Chesapeake bay boat with a deadrise hull. With ample space, it is our slower cruiser and more likely to be used in the bay and nearshore. Currently the boat is being reconfigured from an inboard diesel to a reinforced transom with dual outboards! Stay posted as this boat will be even more amazing once upgrades are complete.
Both boats are available for sunset cruises, bay charters, party reservations, dolphin watch, fishing, shipping channel cruises, snorkeling in the bay or jetties, SpaceX launches, or just about anything you might want to do. Let us know and we'll create your custom trip!
Yearly Dive Trips
Our dive trips are just as easily described as adventures, with diving! As scuba diving and exploration are the foundations of our trips, so is the exploration and adventure of seeing the sights, sounds, and culture of the places we visit. We try to do at least 2 trips a year to a more exotic destination.
We've done a wide range of successful, exciting dive adventures over the years, from U.S. destinations like the Florida Keys, the West Coast, and Hawaii, to Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, or onward to various dives in the Pacific, SE Asia, and Europe. We can take you on an adventure that's readily available in both hemispheres.
ALL dive trips provide the option to do Open Water checkout dives (for new divers), or to complete Advanced Diver training. These are DISCOUNTED as part of the trip for PADI certification.
We can organize trips for you and your group; its only limited by your imagination! Want to dive in the Mediterranean or the Red Sea? Let us work with you and to visit an amazing part of the world. Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, ~December 13-18, 2026
A medium-length, 5 day trip with great diving, we'll fly to Cabo for diving , exploration, and relaxation! We'll visit Cabo Pulmo marine reserve and have an open day to visit Todos Santos and do a little surfing. Cabo has excellent diving, with an abundance of sea life and the chance to see some larger sea life! Trip cost is just 1795 plus air, and includes all accommodations, all diving/gear and boat charters. Email us to sign up!
Hawaii: ~December 27-January 4th, 2026-27
8 nights in beautiful Hawaii! Trip cost is 2895 plus air, and includes all accommodations, all diving/gear and boat charters, ground transport when needed for the group. There will be opportunities for hikes, surfing lessons, local culture, and lots of other good stuff other than the amazing diving. New divers/advanced and certified welcome! Email us to sign up!
Cancun - Cozumel: Spring Break 2027
Join us for a week in Cozumel for some professionally guided diving! We'll arrive in Cancun, taking the bus and ferry to Cozumel. This trip includes 4 dive days with boat charter and all gear included (5th day of diving optional). On the 26th we'll return to Cancun for our final night, returning home the next day. Trip cost is 1595 plus airfare, and includes all accommodations (double occupancy) and all diving/gear. We also include transportation to/from Cozumel to Cancun. If you need to do checkout dives for Open Water certification, or finish your Advanced, it is just 125 to add that on! Email us to sign up!
Deposits for non-local, extended dive trips are $500, fully refundable up until our airfares are purchased (then we are pretty well locked in). Deposits can be made with CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, or card payment via invoice.
